Behind The Mike wants our listeners to know that our good friend, Asher Heimermann is conducting the first ever Third Party Presidential debates on Asher Speaks Live. The debates began on February 27th with the Libertarian Party. Even though two candidates confirmed, only George Phillies showed and he had a lot of positive ideas for the Oval Office run. Tune in to Asher Speaks Live on March 12, 2008 at 5 PM EST for the Green Party Debates.

Show Notes 2/23/2008

Behind The Mike hosted our most successful show yet on Blog Talk Radio. It was Promote Your Show Night and we had a great bunch of Blog Talk Hosts call in and tell us and our listeners about their shows. In fact, three of them were under the age of 16 and doing fine work in the art of Internet Broadcasting. We plan to add a separate and complete link list of the shows that called in on our website. We want to wish all the callers and other Blog Talk Hosts blessed luck with their programs.

Special Thanks:

Derek Miller for the soundtrack of the show

Behind The Mike discussed the importance of the Hang Up & Drive campaign, especially in inclement weather. We then talked about the "Jackass of the Week" Mike Guzman who leads a coalition of college students who want legislation that allows them to carry weapons on campus. God help us. Oh, speaking of God, we talked about some of the various religions and the fact that not all of them are sincere, in fact many are just a cache of cash.

Special Thanks:
Derek Miller for the music soundtrack of the program

Tonight's program, Pass The Remote Please, was all about what drives us insane about reality TV. We talked about the bad, the worse and the absolute ugly. We also had some callers which rounded out the show very nicely.

Special Thanks:
Derek Miller for the music soundtrack on the show.

We had a damn fine show this evening featuring Kiven Head from the up and coming Indie film, The Undertakers: Road's End. He spoke on how the project has come to light, what other offshoot projects are planned and the fund-raising efforts that the film is undergoing.

To find out more, visit his website at http://www.RoadsEndCemetery.com for details on how you can win a chance to be a zombie in the film and also purchase movie merchandise.

Special Thanks:
