Hour Two brought on Dr Sally Witt and she talked about the very important subject of depression and stress especially during the holiday season. She discussed certain things that can be utilized if you start feeling the depression bug:
1. Surround yourself with friends
2. Exercise, give your body something to do
3. Volunteer, even if it is online
