Show Notes - 03/21/2010

Tonight we spoke to Sarah Figgs & Lauren Suess, co-Captains of the AG Waters Middle School Relay for Life Team. Relay for Life is a community event raises money for cancer research. The ladies are amazing in that they are so young and involved in such an important cause. We discussed a little about what the Relay is all about and they also told us that they have about $1000 into their projected $1500 goal. There is plenty of time left to donate to the cause and perhaps get involved physically.

The Behind The Mike Show will match the first $100 donated by our listeners to the AG Waters Pups so GO & DONATE and let Sarah & Lauren know that you heard about it HERE so we can match the efforts.

Later on the show we discussed some life issues including the fact that it is our human responsibility to Mother Earth to recycle. Many areas do NOT have pickups provided by their locality so that means that we should all be more vigilant and get it done ourselves. There are recycling centers all around you where you can take your recycling and dump it.
