Show Notes - 09/12/2010

Reviewing the U.S. Constitution
Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

On the program tonight we began with a music/news tribute to the fallen of the terrorist attacks on 9/11/2001. The tribute was produced by Tony Richards from Reality One Radio. The attacks, unbelievably, happened nine years ago. We spoke a little about what people were doing when they heard about the attacks and some other memories.

Next up was some hot topic issues such as Barack Obama looking at angry Americans coming to the polls in November and some facts behind his own words regarding the health care crisis. Turns out, as any politician, he was lying. How do we know? He moved his lips.

Later on the show, we took a look at the Fall preview as per Entertainment Weekly and talked about some of the shows that are exciting us: Boardwalk Empire, Dexter, Blue Bloods, Hawaii 5-O and more. You can pick up an EW magazine or check out their website to see what else is hot this Fall on television.
