Show Notes - 12/12/2010

Tonight's show was a bit off kilter as our guest was unfounded. We still made attempts to discuss some of the topic material of holiday foods, entertaining and parties. Tony and Joel discussed some of their own Christmas traditions and also some of the things about society that have changed in the past two to three decades.

Later some discussion into a partial list of the many adaptations of Charles Dickens' A CHRISTMAS CAROL and how it is one of the most adapted stories in literature. The story has been performed in theater, film, television, radio and more in a nearly countless number of performances. On the show Tuesday December 21, 2010 the Campbell's Soup Theater version, which was aired originally on CBS Radio on December 24, 1939, will be aired.
