Show Notes - 01/20/2013

Welcome to Behind The Mike! Topics/Guests for tonight's show:

Our friend Singer and Songwriter Daniel Christian returned to the program tonight and we had the great opportunity to throw him a CD Release Party on his latest CD, SPEAK. Daniel has a great sound to his music and writes some very memorable lyrics. We featured the tracks Find My Voice, Damascus Road, House of Mirrors and I Remember. The CD Release Party allows the artist to co-host with us and play DJ explaining the origins of the songs and the audience gets a first listen to the tracks. Find out more about Daniel Christian and get your hands on the CD by visiting his website HERE.

We then had some conversation about the potential of the retirement age being increased to age 70. Who could even work into that age and where would the jobs come from? These are questions that we wonder if anyone pondered while they make these decisions. We then shifted into Food Porno and talked about some of our favorite foods. Boy, we are hungry now.

No doubt the conversation mentioned back up back up back up. Sound familiar? Find out more about Ryan at his website by clicking HERE.

Brock LaRobb joined the show with much to talk about regarding the government, gun control, policy and decision making and how all of it is flushing down the proverbial toilet of society. Brock joins us periodically compliments of the Reality One Hotline!

Happy New Year 2013! Topics/Guests featured on tonight's episode:

We had a fantastic interview with Dr. Cass Ingram who is a General Practitioner who many years ago started leaning towards natural methods of healing. This was brought on when a patient had severe complications from a medication and he began looking at how natural healing can play a part in our day to day health. Some of the natural remedies we discussed come from his latest book, "Cures in the Cupboard". Oil of Oregano P73 was the main topic of discussion including the many benefits from colds and flu to abscess teeth. We also talked to him about the benefits for diabetics using a product called Black Forest Honey. These products should definitely become part of your natural medicine cabinet and his books should be part of your shelf. Find out more about Dr. Cass HERE and you can purchase his books HERE.

Also on the program, we discussed some news and notes, New Year's Resolutions and more.
